Head-to-head and classic leagues: what’s the difference?
There are two main types of leagues in FPL – ‘Classic’ and ‘Head-to-Head’.
Classic Leagues: This is the traditional format where your team is ranked based on total points across the season.
Head-to-Head Leagues: It’s you versus another manager each gameweek, mirroring the excitement of real-life football leagues. Grab more points than your opponent to score a victory and bag three points; a draw adds one to your tally, and a loss leaves you empty-handed. At the season’s close, ties in head-to-head points are broken by overall points, determining the ultimate winner.
Now you know the ropes, jump in, and may the best manager win!
